As we end the weekend. We now have a new start to our week. A new beginning to start fresh and begin the week with an open mind. Even though my dystonia struggles are progressing, I take one day at a time or one week at a time. Every day I take the time to do something that makes me happy: read a book, watch a movie, dance to my favorite song, practice my bass guitar. We may be facing tribulations but it doesn't mean we can't take time to do what makes us happy, time for ourselves away from dystonia. Enjoy your week and take it one day at a time!
